Terms of use
Version 2026-10-22
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Unplanned (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia). By creating an account you accept these terms, the community guidelines (which are part of them) and the privacy policy.
2. What Unplanned is
Unplanned helps women aged 18 and over in Riyadh find company for activities they already want to do. It is for platonic company only. It is not a dating service, a marketplace or an events business.
Unplanned introduces members to each other. It does not organise, supervise or take part in any meetup.
3. Who can join
You must be a woman aged 18 or over. You confirm this yourself when you join, and you agree to follow the community guidelines. Nobody checks these confirmations: joining is open, and moderators act on reports.
Guests (people without an account) can read plans whose author made them visible to guests, add short comments and report content. The same rules apply to them, and moderators can suspend a guest.
Joining does not prove anyone's gender or identity, and it does not guarantee anyone's safety or behaviour. Use your own judgment, meet in public places, and read the safety tips in Help.
You may have only one account. Keep your password private and don't use it anywhere else. Anyone who can read your email can reset your password, so keep your email account secure too.
4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour
Objectionable content and abusive behaviour are not allowed on Unplanned. This includes harassment, threats, hate or slurs, sexual content or requests, dating or romantic approaches, scams, spam, pretending to be someone else, and sharing anyone's personal information, photos or private messages without their permission.
Some content is refused automatically, and some is held until a moderator reviews it. Moderators may remove content and warn, suspend or remove accounts. We may report serious safety concerns to the authorities.
You can report any plan, comment, message, shared review or member, and block anyone. The person you report is never told who reported them. We aim to review reports within 48 hours.
5. Your content
You are responsible for what you post. It stays yours. You allow Unplanned to store it and show it to the members it is meant for (and to guests, if you make a plan visible to guests), so the service can work.
A plan you make visible to guests, including its time and place, can be read by anyone. Share only what you'd be comfortable sharing publicly.
Do not post anything you don't have the right to share.
6. Restrictions, appeals and leaving
If your account is restricted, you can ask for a review in Unplanned, and a moderator looks at it again.
You can stop using Unplanned at any time and delete your account in Settings with your password.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts members at risk.
7. Meeting other members
You decide whether to meet anyone, and you are responsible for your own safety. Meet in busy public places, arrange your own transport, tell someone where you are going, and leave whenever you want.
Unplanned is not responsible for what members do, online or in person, but we act on reports.
8. The service
Unplanned is free. We try to keep it available and working, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by meetups or by other members' behaviour.
9. Changes to these terms
If these terms or the guidelines change in a way that matters, Unplanned will ask you to read and accept them again before you continue.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Questions: [email protected].
